An Indian citizen with deep roots in Africa, AmarDeep Singh Hari is a seasoned entrepreneur, educator, and consultant with over 35 years’ experience of building and growing companies large and small. His experience includes, leading sales and product development in successful corporate ventures of IT products distribution, Software development, Education, hospitality, Entertainment, real estate, Precious minerals, manufacturing, Retail and Agriculture setups in India, North America, Ghana and neighboring West African countries. Living in Ghana since 1992, Hari is a Founder and Executive Chairman of West Africa’s leading IT conglomerate ‘IPMC’ which has spreads its wings over 25 locations in four West African countries, namely Ghana, Nigeria, Ivory Coast and Liberia. Hari serves as the Managing Director of Aurelion Trading LLC, Dubai and his track record of efficient and transparent work style has earned him the trust of business partners in making Aurelion Crown as their Premier choice for Gold procurement. Hari is also the Executive Chairman of Gold Crest refinery Ghana which refines Dore into 999.9 purity Bullion.

An accomplished senior executive with 24 years of experience at the top management level, with a proven track record of business transformation and growth. His niche has been in operational restructuring for delivering exceptional results. As an industry adviser, Ramanjit Singh has collaborated with private equity companies, including IEP, Saif Partners, and VLS Finance, providing strategy and insights for business growth. Currently, he serves as a shareholder and Director in Apex Gold Mining Equipment Company and RA Batteries, based in India. Ramanjit Singh is also a successful entrepreneur, owning and operating two prime restaurant brands in Dubai, namely Patiala and Mahec. His leadership and vision have been pivotal in establishing these brands as prominent dining destinations. Ramanjit Singh holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance and IT, providing a strong foundation for his business acumen and strategic decision-making which is helping Aurelion Crown for being a successful player in the Gold indsutry.

With over 16 years of cross-sector leadership experience spanning technology, education, and the global commodities trade, Sanam Deep S Hari brings a wealth of experience to the enterprises he manage. As a Director of Aurelion Crown, he leads the company’s strategic vision in the trade and monetization of gold and precious metals, including, refined bullion and gold-backed financial instruments. Haivng a proven track record in international business operations, Sanam Deep brings leverage in commodity structuring, trade compliance, and capital-linked instruments tied to gold assets. His leadership has been instrumental in forging high-value partnerships with refineries, financial institutions, and sovereign entities across West Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Presently overseeing the full value chain of institutional deal structuring at Aurelion Crown, he is ensuring regulatory alignment, operational efficiency, and financial security for all counterparties. As a result Aurelion Crown has positioned itself as a trusted offtake partner and a premier conduit for gold-backed financial innovation.
